The UniStorage product is the fastest courier product. In addition to its speed, it is also characterized by its reliability, affordability and customer focus. This business plan sets out what the UniStorage Cooperative expects from its members and how the UniStorage Cooperative will help members achieve the objectives set. The UniStorage Cooperative sets goals and standards for performance, remuneration and customer care, develops new service features, communicates changes in members' rights and responsibilities, provides training and coordinates efforts relating to Customs, security, transport, etc., in the UniStorage supply chain. Members provide their customers and partners with the level of service decided on by the UniStorage Cooperative. Members commit to working to achieve the performance and customer service targets set by the UniStorage Cooperative.

UniStorage will only grow if these requirements are met to their satisfaction, which begins with establishing and fulfilling service commitments and meeting customer service expectations.
